Beginner: Perfect if you’re completely new to dance or heels and want to build confidence and learn the foundations at a comfortable pace.
Improver: Great if you have some dance or heels experience and want to develop technique, performance quality, and pick up choreography more confidently.
Intermediate: Best suited for dancers with solid experience who are comfortable learning choreography quickly and want to challenge themselves further.
Wear something comfortable you can move in, along with trainers. For heels classes, bring a pair of heels you feel confident and stable in.
For heels classes, we recommend wearing dance heels or ankle-support heels that you feel comfortable moving in. If you’re new to heels, start with a lower heel and something secure around the ankle for extra support and confidence.
